Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind everything we build. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return, exchange, or store credit request through our return portal. All items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

To initiate any request, visit our Return Portal. Enter your order number along with your email address or zip code to get started. Returns processed outside of this portal cannot be accepted.

Once a return or exchange is authorized, your package must be carrier-scanned within 14 calendar days of authorization. Requests not postmarked within this window will expire and will not be eligible for refund, exchange, or credit.

Exchanges

Exchanges are always free of charge. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Select your new size or color through the portal and we will handle the rest.

To protect the integrity of every order, your replacement will be processed after we receive and inspect your return. Once your return clears inspection, your replacement order will be confirmed and you will receive an email with an updated fulfillment and delivery estimate.

Exchange fulfillment follows our standard 3–5 business day production window from the date of inspection clearance.

Store Credit

If you are not ready to select a replacement item, you may opt for a Father Fortified Digital Gift Card in the full amount of your purchase price — no deductions, no return shipping fee. Store credit never expires and may be applied to any future order, including limited collection releases.

Refunds

Refunds to the original payment method are available for eligible full-price orders within the 30-day return window, subject to the following:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • A $10.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund total.

  • Shipping protection fees, if purchased, are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method only.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear after inspection clearance.


Refunds will be issued after the returned item is received and passes our quality inspection. Items returned in worn, washed, or tag-removed condition will not be accepted and will be shipped back to the sender at their expense.

Eligible for exchange (free), store credit (full value, no fees), or refund to original payment method (less $10.00 return shipping fee).

Orders Placed with a Discount Code

Eligible for exchange or store credit only. Not eligible for a refund to the original payment method.

Bundle Orders

Eligible for exchange or store credit only. Not eligible for a refund to the original payment method.

Final Sale Items

Any item explicitly designated as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase is not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit under any circumstances. This designation will be clearly displayed on the product page and at checkout prior to purchase.


QUALITY ASSURANCE

Manufacturing Defects

Every item undergoes a quality inspection before it leaves our facility. If you believe you have received an item with a manufacturing defect, please follow the steps below. Do not initiate a standard return.

  1. Navigate to our Return Portal and select "Defective Item" as the reason for your request.

  2. Upload a clear photo of the defect directly through the portal. Your claim will be held pending review until this step is completed.

  3. Our team will review your submission within 3–5 business days and notify you of our determination by email.

  4. Upon approval, we will issue a priority replacement at no cost to you. Return shipping, if required, will be provided as a prepaid label at no charge.


Defect claims must be submitted within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date. Claims submitted after this window will not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Return of the defective item may or may not be required at our discretion. In some cases we may authorize a replacement without requiring the original item to be returned. Our team will advise you of the specific requirement at the time of approval.

Defect claims submitted via email or social media will not be accepted. All quality claims must be processed through our official Return Portal to ensure proper handling and documentation.

Shipping Tips & Return Address

Tips for a Smooth Return

  • Portal Required: All returns and exchanges must be initiated through our Return Portal. We cannot accept or process items shipped without prior authorization.

  • Get a Receipt: Always request a drop-off or scan receipt from USPS when submitting your return. We cannot process claims for packages lost in transit without proof of postage.

  • Multiple Orders: If returning items from separate orders, ship them separately, each with its own authorized label, to ensure proper processing.

  • Schedule a Pickup: USPS offers free package pickup at your door. Visit tools.usps.com/schedule-pickup-steps.htm to schedule.

  • We are not responsible for packages lost in transit on the return journey. We strongly recommend obtaining a USPS drop-off receipt.
